Don't know if I really want to keep the projects sub directory.  I
thought I needed it at the time, now I'm not so sure.

cvs2cl.pl is a great little program.  I tried it today and it does
what we need.  I'd say we just need to modify the kind of log entries
we make to conform to right standard and keep doing it via cvs log.
Btw, where is the information on how to make a correct changelog entry
for a change to a file?

Actually I think you have the ability to do that too, or me,
etc. unless they've changed permissions...
