GNU already has GPLed (or LGPLed) versions of 

- the servlet package
- JSP (GNUJSP is *very* widely used and used to be the option for
Apache)
- servlet engine (GNU-Paperclips)



The Apache licence is not compatible with the GPL.

If you want to help out with GNU-Paperclips or if you're interested
in producing a version of JSP for Scheme then contact me.
