Any ideas or settings anyone has would help.

Anyone out there have users using xboxlive and Halo2 and have it
working? We have only about 20 xbox users on our campus and they seem
to get to pretty much all the xboxlive servers ok except for Halo2.
They claim it to be very laggy and unplayable.
Even set the xboxlive to priority 7 and our bandwidth hasn't been over
50% avg so far at the start of the semester.
