That's what we're told, but they opened a TAC case for us anyway.  I suspect 
database corruption or a slow hardware death of some kind.

Are you sure Cisco doesn't support 4.0.4 on Dell hardware? At one time we were 
running 4.0.4 on Dell PowerEdge 850 servers, supported by a Cisco contract. We 
are now running 4.1.2.1 on the same servers.

They don't support our version running on a Dell server regardless- 
Unfortunately, I don't think it's a port speed issue- setting them back doesn't 
seem to be helping!
