Chris, We have seen this issue. The workaround is:
1. Uninstall Cisco Clean Access 2. Install Cisco Clean Access 3.5.4. 3. Attempt to log into Cisco Clean Access. 4. Allow Cisco Clean Access to update itself Dennis Schott, Chris wrote:
I have a Vista laptop here that won't run Clean Access. When the program starts up, it just says "Unexpected error, quitting." I did a lot of the usual checks that work here. Made sure everything was dynamic, reset the winsock, disabled and ultimately removed Norton 360 with their tool, reset the firewall, all with the same result. We're running 4.1.3.0 on the server and agent. Any suggestions? Chris Schott PC Technician Manchester College
