Hey, we have been having the same problem on several machines ourselves. I tried the install of 3.5.4 and that fixed the initial proble, however I am now getting a Network Error when the agent attempts to update from the server. We are also running 4.1.3.0. Would it be that I am missing a file on my server end por am I missing a step and simply overlooking the obvious here? Help would be greatly appreciated. Theodore Gates
