So far we are following the same whitelist practice. There is a way to have the CAM automatically create filters for these types of unsupported devices but the filter it creates does not hold any useful information (the username that was used to log in for example). It would be great if there was a way to automate the creation of these types of device filters since I expect them to continue to rise in demand.
