John, It looks as though the authorization username specified by the SIP phone is wrong - it seems to be "6505550608" when it should probably be "[email protected]". Note that the authorization username is the IMS private user ID, so is normally the same as the public user ID (SIP URI) with the scheme ("sip:") stripped off.
Please can you check your phone's configuration? Many softphones are not strictly IMS phones and default to just using the username as the authorization username, but do allow you to override. For more details, see https://github.com/Metaswitch/clearwater-docs/wiki/Making-your-first-call#configure-your-client. Please let me know if this doesn't fix the problem.
