On the sipp point, you might find it useful to refer to our clearwater-sip-stress package (part of the sprout repository) - this includes https://github.com/Metaswitch/sprout/blob/dev/tests/load/call_load2.xml, which is our basic load test script. Note that the authorization username is the IMS private user ID, so is normally the same as the public user ID (SIP URI) with the scheme ("sip:") stripped off. Please can you check your phone's configuration? Many softphones are not strictly IMS phones and default to just using the username as the authorization username, but do allow you to override.
