Hi Asif, The homestead/homestead-prov installations failed as Cassandra wasn't running (the relevant error in the log file is "Connection error: Could not connect to localhost:9160"). We have a known issue with homestead installs where this can sometimes happen, as Homestead can try to configure its keyspaces before Cassandra is listening on port 9160 (see https://github.com/Metaswitch/homestead/issues/22 for details).
To fix this on your system, run 'apt-get install -f' - this will complete the homestead install. If this doesn't fix it, can you look in the Cassandra logs to see why it isn't running - these are in /var/log/Cassandra/output.log.
