According to the ABNF defined in RFC 3455, the icid-value must be of type
gen-value, e.g.:

term-ioi / generic-param
icid-value = "icid-value" EQUAL gen-value
icid-gen-addr = "icid-generated-at" EQUAL host
orig-ioi = "orig-ioi" EQUAL gen-value
term-ioi = "term-ioi" EQUAL gen-value
A gen-value can be a token, a host or a quoted-string. None of these types can
validly contain a '@', so sprout rejects the header with a syntax exception.
Are you able to strip the '@' from your icid-value? What's generating the
P-Charging-Vector for the INVITE?
