We haven't used Mobicent Diameter I'm afraid.
The logs below show that Ralf doesn't know where to send its messages ('No
remaining suitable candidate to route the message to'), but they don't say why.
There should be an earlier log where Ralf attempts to connect to the CDF at
start of day; this log should show what the failure was.
Incidentally, I notice that your host has the name hss.ef.net. Are you trying
to connect to a HSS? I imagine this wouldn't support RF messages, and so would
reject the connection to Ralf during the initial handshake.

i was unable to find any Open source or free CDF for testing Ralf. I came to
know about Mobicent Diameter. Which i believe can be be connect and configure
to use only for RF.
Has any one used it or any case sudy on that. I have seen some documents which
shows integration with Open IMS core. Following that documents when i try to
connect Diameter it fails saying unknow_hosts.
