Thanks Ellie, no hss.ef.net is not actully hss its host name where mobicent diameter is running. I see Ralf messages on Mobicent diameter but despite of all the configuration options in their documentation i am unable to connect ralf to mobi diameter. But i am sure its problem at mobicent diameter end not at ralf end.
