To use the MMTel TAS, you will need to configure your subscribers to invoke it, by configuring the appropriate iFCs for that subscriber. You can do this via the Ellis UI, the Homestead API, or if you are using an HSS, directly in the HSS. In Project Clearwater, Homer is responsible for the simservs documents.
