Hi, Can you provide the diagnostics? You can get these from the web browser (for example, in Chrome, you can hit F12 and the diagnostics will display in the console). Alternatively, can you look in the ellis logs to see what the reported problem is? The logs are in /var/log/ellis/ellis-*.log
You can also provision subscribers through the API (https://github.com/Metaswitch/ellis/blob/dev/docs/api.md), but this will hit the same problem as provisioning through the GUI.
