Thanks for the reply Mam. As you asked to upload some logs, here are some of the logs which I found some meaningful to share. Hope this might help you to resolve this problem. You please answer one more doubt, which is the *_rtt.csv shows some traces of call-setup as well as call-teardown, but if there was no teardown as only 3 calls got disconnected, then these tear-down values are for which calls and what do they indicate exactly.
