Hi Dennis, How are did you install Ellis? Are you using our new automatic configuration sharing (see http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Automatic_Clustering_Config_Sharing/index.html for more details)?
It looks like create_numbers.py was run on Ellis before the shared_configuration had been fully set up (so /etc/clearwater/shared_config was missing the home_domain setting).
