It looks like the Sprout process is unable to contact Homestead (which it needs to in order to check the authentication for the subscriber), so it rejects the Register with a 403. Can you check that the Homestead process is running (check the output of 'sudo monit summary') and send me the Homestead logs in /var/log/homestead? The log_* file shows me that there were some requests rejected with a 401/403, but the timestamp for this log is an hour earlier than the other logs you’ve sent me. Can you send me the corresponding sprout_/bono_ logs with the 1600 timestamp, or just simply try registering again and send me the new debug logs? To turn on debug logging create/edit the file /etc/clearwater/user_settings, add log_level=5 and then restart Sprout/Bono (service <sprout/bono> stop – they’re automatically restarted by monit).
