Hi Sai, Are you using a HSS? If so you'll need to get the password from the HSS (and how to find the password will depend on what HSS you're using).
If you're not using a HSS, then how many Ellis users do you have? It looks like the 'sainath' user has created three subscribers (6505550073, 6505550473 and 6505550698). Only the 'sainath' user will see these users on the dashboard. If you don't have the log in details for the 'sainath' user anymore then you can just create a new subscriber with your current log-in (the 'create' button in the add a new private identity section on the dashboard).
