Hi Sai,

Using Ellis and using an external HSS are mutually exclusive.

If you want to use a HSS, you first need to install a HSS (e.g. OpenIMSCore HSS 
- see 
http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest/External_HSS_Integration/index.html 
and 
http://clearwater.readthedocs.org/en/latest/OpenIMSCore_HSS_Integration/index.html
 for guidance).
If you don't want to use a HSS, then you don't want to set any of the hss_* 
parameters in the shared_config. Please can you delete these from the 
shared_config.

For the Ellis issue, can you please send me what Ellis users/subscribers there 
are? You can get this by running 'sudo mysql', 'use ellis;' and then 'select * 
from users;' and 'select * from numbers;'

Yes,  Even if login with 'sainath' user could not find reset button to set the 
password.



I have another dought, In /etc/clearwater Shared_config configured as :



# HSS configuration
hss_hostname=hss.pes.com
hss_port=3868

But here i was not installed any external HSS kookups(OpenIMSCore HSS), By 
default clearwater deployment include homestead(HSS). So it it correct to give  
hss_hostname=hss.pes.com or should i need to provide homestead 
domain(homestead.pes.com)

or

Can we comment the above 2 lines in shared_config??

Could you please guide me here.

Are you using a HSS? If so you'll need to get the password from the HSS (and 
how to find the password will depend on what HSS you're using).



If you're not using a HSS, then how many Ellis users do you have? It looks like 
the 'sainath' user has created three subscribers (6505550073, 6505550473 and 
6505550698). Only the 'sainath' user will see these users on the dashboard. If 
you don't have the log in details for the 'sainath' user anymore then you can 
just create a new subscriber with your current log-in (the 'create' button in 
the add a new private identity section on the dashboard).

You can use Ellis for this. If you go to the Dashboard in Ellis, you'll see 
something like the following for each number:



Private Identity:

[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>

Password: Not available



The password is only shown once (as it is stored securely). To generate a new 
password, click the reset button.



Also, I notice that you've set the domain value in your X-Lite configuration to 
homestead.pes.com. This should be the root domain of your Clearwater deployment 
(e.g. resolve to your Bono nodes/the value of home_domain in your shared_config 
file).
