What happens if you do 

nslookup sprout.pes.com x.x.x.x

replacing x.x.x.x with the IP of your local DNS server?

If that works, then the problem is local to you.  For example, your DNS client might not be set up correctly, ie the /etc/resolved.conf / resolvconf / dnsmasq subsystems are not right.  

IIRC, nslookup doesn't use the nsswitch config and goes straight to DNS without looking at /etc/hosts. So if you had an entry for sprout.pes.com there, you'd be able to find it for the purposes of (say) ping, but nslookup would still fail.

After running 'nslookup sprout.pes.com' getting error as :

;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

For this should i have to modify anything?

Reg, Another mail related to password display in Ellis UI is got resolved and now able to create number which displayed password at dashboard.

I observed an error in bono log /var/log/bono *.log

 

But i can ping sprout machine from bono with name "sprout.pes.com".
