Hi Asra,

The Wireshark trace you've attached shows, as you say, that the client is just 
not sending an ACK. This looks like it might be a client issue - Clearwater 
isn't doing anything wrong, it's just not receiving the message it needs.

Was this trace taken on the Bono node? If so, it may be worth taking trace on 
the PC where Zoiper is - to see, for example, if it is sending out an ACK, but 
sending it to the wrong place.

i really want to thank you, now i can make a call between my sip agents
I have installed a new Clearwater on new virtual machine.
now I  can make calls and send messages, but the problem is  the "callee" 
receiver even after he accepted the call and talked, the interface of incoming 
call  is always there (please see the attachment).So if you have any idea about
