To get the detailed logs you need to create a file /etc/Clearwater/user_settings

insert “log_level=5” and now type “service sprout stop” the monit will 
automatically restart the sprout service

repeat the same with bono and homestead 

now send the registeration request by clicking on the register on zoiper.

now get the logs from tail -f /var/log/sprout/sprout_current

and get the  bono_current and sprout_current logs from bono and homestead. 
during the registration process

and send these logs so that they can be help full to find the problem

Thanks for your response.

I don’t why the error message is changing every time. Now the last status is 
403-Forbidden  for both users.

the only change that I have made is to add this code to every VM:

echo "nameserver 192.168.0.9" >> /etc/dnsmasq.resolv.conf          # our DNS 
Machine  

echo "nameserver 185.23.94.244" >> /etc/dnsmasq.resolv.conf        # DNS of 
Cloudwatt  

echo "RESOLV_CONF=/etc/dnsmasq.resolv.conf" >> /etc/default/dnsmasq

service dnsmasq restart

 

I have checked the Sprou’s log (Please See the attachments) but I don’t how to 
solve it.

about the same issues – your subscribers will not register.

 

In your first email, you attempt to register 6505550898, but get a 403 error. I 
think the issue there is that you are using the username 
[email protected], but you should be using just the phone number 
6505550898. You’ve fixed this in the second email.

 

In your second email, your Zoiper configuration looks sensible to me. Did you 
make any changes to your configuration (either on Zoiper or Project Clearwater) 
between the case where you get a 403, the one where you get a 404, and the one 
where you get a 408? Do both subscribers configured on Zoiper always show the 
same error code?

 

You’ve attached screenshots of two types of error:

·         403 – Forbidden

·         408 – Request Timeout

 

I’m interested to know what the error text is for the 404 error. Is it “Not 
Found”, or something less usual like “No route found to target”?

 

I think the next step is to check Sprout’s logs to see why it is rejecting your 
registration requests. Do you see any messages in 
/var/log/sprout/sprout_current.txt which explain why the registration is being 
rejected just after making a request?

 

Can you please make sure to copy the mailing list on future emails? That way 
anyone can respond to help you out, and other users can learn from our 
discussion. Rob’s asked me to handle the questions that he gets from you, so 
there is no need to email him separately.

Does this mean that you have resolved your earlier issue creating users in 
Ellis (attached)?

 

The first thing to work out is whether Zoiper is able to contact Project 
Clearwater, and, if it can, what error response Project Clearwater is sending 
back. Zoiper should display this information in the main window e.g.
