Hi, I had a look at your logs, and the interesting line is this one from sprout_current.txt:

Does this exactly match the private identity for the user as displayed in Ellis? If not, try updating the Auth. username field for your account in Zoiper to exactly match what appears in Ellis. I create one machine which uses one real IP(140.123.103.146) and I install all six clearwater elements (ellis, bono, sprout, homer, homestead, ralf)in this machine. After I finished all steps of the official website, I went to the website(140.123.103.146) and register a account successfully. Then no matter I use Boghe IMS Client or IMS Droid with the account information, I can not login into clearwater. I type "service [ ] status" , all six elements are running and I type "sudo clearwater-etcdctl cluster health", it say the cluster is healthy. I also use Zoiper client to log in the clearwater server(140.123.103.146), but i still can't log in. These are the bono log and sprout log files. Please assist me to resolve the problem. Thanks.
