Hi,
To get the detailed logs you need to create a file /etc/Clearwater/user_settings
insert “log_level=5” and now type “service sprout stop” the monit will
automatically restart the sprout service
repeat the same with bono and homestead
now send the registeration request by clicking on the register on zoiper.
now get the logs from tail -f /var/log/sprout/sprout_current
and get the bono_current, homestead_current and sprout_current logs from bono
,sprout and homestead. during the registration process
and send these logs so that they can be help full to find the problem
also verify the users are present in homestead or not. To do this follow the
following steps login to Homestead and enter the following commands
cqlsh
USE homestead_cache;
SELECT * from impi;
and check if the user you are trying to register is present or not.

Tahir

Hi,
I uesd VMware Workstation Pro and ubuntu 14.04.4 to install Manual clearwater.
I create one machine which uses one real IP(140.123.103.146) and I install all
six clearwater elements (ellis, bono, sprout, homer, homestead, ralf)in this
machine. After I finished all steps of the official website, I went to the
website(140.123.103.146) and register a account successfully. Then no matter
I use Boghe IMS Client or IMS Droid with the account information, I can not
login into clearwater.
I type "service [ ] status" , all six elements are running and I type "sudo
clearwater-etcdctl cluster health", it say the cluster is healthy.
I also use Zoiper client to log in the clearwater server(140.123.103.146), but
i still can't log in.
These are the bono log and sprout log files.
Please assist me to resolve the problem.
Thanks.
