Hi Rodrigo, We have tested Project Clearwater in an VoLTE network using a PCRF. It should be able to provide the I-CSCF and S-CSCF in your network too.
The part of the IMS core that talks to the PCRF (over Rx) is the P-CSCF. Project Clearwater does not include a P-CSCF - Ralf supports the Rf interface for billing, not the Rx interface. I’m not aware of any open source P-CSCF, but if you find one, I would love to hear about it. I know that Clearwater has been tested with several different P-CSCFs. We use Metaswitch Networks<http://www.metaswitch.com/>’ Perimeta for our lab testing, and we’ve found that it works well.
