Matt (another of the project maintainers) has pointed out to me that Project Clearwater does contain a P-CSCF: Bono.
Unfortunately, Bono does not currently support the Rx interface. It is not something that we are looking at adding in the near future, but we welcome contributions. It should be able to provide the I-CSCF and S-CSCF in your network too. The part of the IMS core that talks to the PCRF (over Rx) is the P-CSCF. Project Clearwater does not include a P-CSCF - Ralf supports the Rf interface for billing, not the Rx interface. I’m not aware of any open source P-CSCF, but if you find one, I would love to hear about it. I know that Clearwater has been tested with several different P-CSCFs. We use Metaswitch Networks<http://www.metaswitch.com/>’ Perimeta for our lab testing, and we’ve found that it works well.
