Nice,

It looks like that tweak has allowed Sprout to try to route the call to 
Memento. Unfortunately, it looks like Memento is not able to take calls – that 
explains why no calls show up in your call list.

I’ve had a look over your Sprout debug logs, and I think I can see what the 
problem is. Sprout loads Memento as a Sproutlet plugin. (Matt has written a 
blog about these 
here<http://www.projectclearwater.org/tadhack-mini-london-and-sproutlets/>.) 
This allows Memento to receive calls over SIP. It looks like Sprout is not 
currently loading the Memento sproutlet correctly. From the logs:

Here, you can see that Sprout attempts to load the BGCF plugin, and succeeds. 
It then attempts to load the Memento plugin, but never actually loads it.

My current best theory is that your Memento and Sprout code may have been built 
against different versions, and that the Memento plugin is coming to the 
conclusion that it should not be enabled.

You should be able to check this by running the following command on your 
sprout node:

dpkg -l | grep -e memento-as -e "\ssprout[-\s]"

All of the packages listed should have the same version number. If they do not, 
you should your deployment following the docs at 
http://clearwater.readthedocs.io/en/stable/Upgrading_a_Clearwater_deployment.html.

If that does not fix your problem, please send me the output of that command, 
and an up-to-date copy of your sprout logs, and I will see what I can do to 
help.

Thank for your time to look my problems.

the logs messages are too many lines , therefore  I use google online docs to 
record it.

There are two version  " log level2 " and " log leve5".

Please notice that , I use the "ccu" as my zone name in this time , and I can 
make a call without memento properly.
