hw:1,0) was removed in favour of a drop-down list. Nice idea in theory but I
noticed that now all audio streams were being downsampled to either 44.1 kHz
or 44kHz (my Dragonfly DAC changes colour based on sample rate). This was a
deal breaker for me and I had to revert back to 1.2. I'm hoping that this
gets fixed at some point. At the very least give back the option to manually
set the output device.On Monday, September 21, 2015 at 12:01:09 AM UTC+1, Sal

Actually, I have found it can be done, but it's not that obvious.

Open .config/Clementine/Clementine.conf and change this portion:

[GstEngine]
sink=alsasink
device="hw:0,3"

Your device will, of course, be something other than 0,3. Use aplay -L to
find which one is it.
