I have this same issue.

When I open Clementine tracks in my playlists are black and everything
looks normal. As soon as I click to play any track (have only tested mp3
files) Clementine will cycle through the playlist and grey out all the
tracks, once it has finished that it will jump to 91-93% CPU usage.

I have tried setting Clementine as the default media player and opening
tracks from Windows Explorer but Clementine cannot import/open them. Any
tracks I add to new playlists behave the same way. The files play fine in
Windows Media Player and Clementine was working normally before the update.

All my music is stored locally on an external HDD, not across a network.

System specs:
W10 Creator's Update
Intel Core i7-3770K @ 3.50GHz
16GB DDR3 RAM
nVidia GeForce GTX 670

Any help would be much appreciated! I can provide extra information if
necessary, just let me know what you need!
