Awesome. This worked for me on a older 32 bit machine running Win10. My music library is on a NAS and simply scrolling a browser search result window would make the music stutter. Creating this custom shortcut seems to have made the machine give Clementine priority. Stuttering immediately disappeared. Thanks!
