Hi Galoob, I described the same problem when I upgraded to Fedora 27 beta 2 months ago. Later on I have found the solution (workaround) for that. Please refer to that thread: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/clementine-player/m7vkHzZY-2k TL;TR, A QT tray icon from Clementine doesn't work with a tray emulation in Gnome shell 26. Lickyly global shortcuts can show/hide the Clementine main window (or as the last resort you can just minimize it as a regular desktop application).
