Oh, to answer your actual question: you can run the playlist through a sed
one-liner to output lines with the correct paths:

e.g.:
sed 's/\/music/\/Users\/music/' /music/playlists/Shower.m3u

This would print out the playlist, changing any occurrence of 'Music/Users'
to '/Users'.
