If it doesn't have the (.m3u?) file it will not always recognise them and put them under the correct album name. What you can do is right click on the track (or select a few and right click on them all) and then opt for automatic tagging - this is about 80% accurate as sometimes tracks appear on several albums with the same length etc. Often you will be given a choice and need to select the correct album for each track yourself.
