done:
- changed the backend implementation so that it send rdf+json now, implemented
the changes necessary in ConceptFinder (backend) and ConecptFinder (UI).
- added a variable in the ajax response that indicates if the UI shall allow to
enter a new concept.
not done yet:
- UI does not show prefLabels yet
