This is what it looks in my IDE btw.

In fact it looks like that in the commit too if you have the right fonts you
can see it here

It just did not come through in the commit e-mail.

Well there is also a problem with the web svn here
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/clerezza/trunk/parent/platform.security.foafssl/test/src/main/scala/org/apache/clerezza/foafssl/test/WebIDTester.scala

probably because the headers are not set correctly

$ curl -I
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/clerezza/trunk/parent/platform.security.foafssl/test/src/main/scala/org/apache/clerezza/foafssl/test/WebIDTester.scala

But it does come through in this svn view here
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/incubator/clerezza/trunk/parent/platform.security.foafssl/test/src/main/scala/org/apache/clerezza/rdf/scala/utils/EasyGraph.scala?view=markup

The UTF-8 is not lost in the svn or git-svn checkouts.

------------------------------------------------------

I vote for better Unicode support in the Apache infrastructure. I mean it
really does make RDF look
super easy to program when put like that, does it not? :-)

Having said that the EasyGraph class has synonyms for the methods that have
unicode names that look like |- and -> . those are 'has' and 'to' so one could
also write

                 subj has rel to obj .

clearly that does not look as good. One could also use |- or -- and -->

                 subj -- rel --> obj

though one has to be careful because I think in scala - has a special, though
one has to be careful not to mix operators with different precendents rules in
Scala.
