First off, the newest headers aren't up yet in spite of them being
updated in the CLFS SVN book iteself.  The header folks are almost
certainly aware of that, though it would be nice if they got posted
soon.

Second, I noticed that the "install -dv /usr/include" in section 10.5
(of Version SVN-20061022-x86_64-Multilib) is actually pointless.
/usr/include is among the large number of directories created in
section 7.2.  It certainly doesn't hurt to have it there, but there
isn't really any point to it that I can see.

Thanks for all the hard work that you headers folks put in.  It'd be
difficult to build CLFS without headers....
