There is about a 24 hour lag in the process, we are currently
investigating options to automate the process.
Second, I noticed that the "install -dv /usr/include" in section 10.5
(of Version SVN-20061022-x86_64-Multilib) is actually pointless.
/usr/include is among the large number of directories created in
section 7.2. It certainly doesn't hurt to have it there, but there
isn't really any point to it that I can see.
