Well the bash patches need to be from http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/bash/
once they start rolling in, then look into it. Unless gnu has stopped
putting bashes in there for 4.3.
will check later on the readline patch, not as critical as the above

eudev is now up to 1.5.2, wouldn't build without
sed -i '/struct ucred/i struct ucred;' src/libudev/util.h
and
removal of a few #include <linux/fcntl.h> in various files
upgraded to Flex-2.5.38, will see what happens in the final build
section
2.5.38 installs shared libs which apparently affect some test suites
and some other strange things. Can look at LFS-dev mailing list for
it. We're holding off on that for now.

not sure if section 7.16 is actually needed if you tell the kernel
to mount a devtmpfs and populate it
That's needed when a person forgets to build devtmpfs into the kernel.
