Yes, I've read kernel doc and I do have a working setup for lfs-6.3 with dhcp client, but first attempt to get it working with the latest clfs and dhcpcd failed. I do have init.d script with commands as in kernel doc ip link set eth0 master bond0, etc, but no luck. I'll try to go through old setup once again and see if I missed something. In any case, it would be a big bonus to have working bonding setup examples in the book.
