You only need to check the commands for cross-tools chapter to see if there are any changes made since we moved to glibc 2.199 and upgraed some packages.
And maybe any other package upgrades in cross-tools. We also fixed a bunch of issues when the host has a package installed which would affect cross-tools or tools chapters.
