Currently PassFailJFrame.positionTestFrame() and PassFailJFrame.addTestFrame() take Frame as input parameter, this has been changed to Window.
Refactored the above method names to reflect the functionality & input parameter type - addTestWindow(), positionTestWindow() Additionally added test fail reason to `forceFail()` to avoid NPE.
