@DamonGuy Reverted changes fixes the issue. Since you are reverting 
https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/12520, shouldn't the corresponding test 
HtmlButtonWithTextAndIcon.java be reverted too? 
Copyright years need to be updated for some files.
