That may be, but I think Chas's point is valid. Typically there are
pointers to your own source files, but they're often more than 5 stack
frames from where the exception was thrown. Given that
uncaught/unexpected exceptions should be an unusual case for running
tests, it doesn't seem like something where it's worth optimizing much
for pretty presentation, particularly at the expense of information
about why the test(s) failed.
