A space to share how we’re doing
The world is going through changes: in programming, technology, work, and in specific countries and regions, each with its own form of trouble, hope, or confusion. People in Clojure communities, like elsewhere, are finding their way through it, sometimes with questions and sometimes with a sense of being alone in it. We’d like to create a space for people to simply show up and share what’s on their mind. <https://clojureverse.org/t/clojure-community-check-in/14864#p-42554-date-and-time-2>Date and Time - Saturday, April 25th - a few time slots during the day <https://clojureverse.org/t/clojure-community-check-in/14864#p-42554-format-3> Format We’ll have a few self-contained 1-hour sessions across different time zones. Each session will have 5 short stories by participants (5 minutes each), followed by an open conversation. Stories are informal – no slides required. <https://clojureverse.org/t/clojure-community-check-in/14864#p-42554-participating-4> Participating Zoom: Link <https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86038773965?pwd=N1paYmJpQ3B5eHpTOTlycUN2VXFDdz09> Chat: #community-check-in <https://clojurians.zulipchat.com/#narrow/channel/585014-community-check-in> at the Zulip chat <https://scicloj.github.io/docs/community/chat/> (requires login) <https://clojureverse.org/t/clojure-community-check-in/14864#p-42554-speaking-5> Speaking Please reach out: contact <https://scicloj.github.io/docs/community/contact/>. We want to hear from you: who you are, what you're working on, and what’s on your mind lately? Any voice is welcome – whether you’re part of an online group, a local meetup, a consultancy, a startup, an active chat channel, or just here as yourself. We’d appreciate talking not only about technical stuff, but also about how life looks on your end nowadays. <https://clojureverse.org/t/clojure-community-check-in/14864#p-42554-recording-6> Recording Some parts of the meetings will be recorded and shared internally in the Zulip chat. We may share some parts publicly on YouTube if speakers choose to. ------------------------------ *The point is mostly to not be alone – and maybe to find some ways to support each other.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Clojure" group.
