Not unless you port it ;) Between what's in clojure-contrib and the fact that you have full access to Java XML processing libraries you shouldn't have a problem with dealing with XML.
Depending on your needs you should also give Enlive a spin. It's like XPath+XSLT but it doesn't suck.
