I'm glad that everything works now Greg. Though I have to say that I'm a little suspicious of changing a "doseq" into a "for" to solve the problem. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any subtleties that can arise because of doseq and tail recursion. Is it possible to post a simplified version of your code that exhibits the same problem? I feel there might be something else at play here.
