Thanks for helping me through this Richard. I think I got the gist of the argument now from the blog post you linked to. Now that I think about it, *most* code doesn't break with chunked sequences, so that seems to be alright.
Though generally I prefer following the principle of least-surprise... I can only imagine trying to teach newcomers about using Clojure sequences now...
