I like this suggestion as it seems like most projects already have
clojure in the name.  I also advocate a naming scheme similar to CPAN.
 Finding the library you're interested in by search or browsing is
much easier when projects are descriptively named.  This also would
encourage projects with the same goal to join forces, or at least be
aware of each other's efforts.  Because that description could get
long, putting the author's name at the end makes more sense and also
matches the semantics of forking.

So for example clojure.http.ring.weavejester.
