It seems like the version in lein.bat is set to 1.6.1-SNAPSHOT instead of
just 1.6.1.
The line in the lein.bat file should say

set LEIN_VERSION=1.6.1

instead of

set LEIN_VERSION=1.6.1-SNAPSHOT
